The Ottawa Nepean Canadians Baseball Club is one of the most recognized baseball programs in Eastern Ontario, with a long history of developing competitive athletes and preparing players for the next stage of the game.
For TNS, this partnership is personal.
As an ONC alumnus, Matt understands what this program means to its athletes, families, and community. The goal of this partnership is simple: provide ONC athletes with complete recruiting support and help every athlete we work with find the right opportunity.
Through the TNS x ONC partnership, athletes receive the same full-service recruiting support offered to TNS families—including recruiting profiles, coach outreach strategy, recruiting education, highlight video guidance, academic pathway support, family communication, and ongoing one-on-one guidance.
TNS also supports ONC through recruiting seminars, parent sessions, athlete education, and structured next steps designed to help families understand the full recruiting process.
This is not a small add-on. This is a complete recruiting support system for ONC athletes and families.

Complete, end-to-end recruiting guidance for every athlete and family.

Guidance creating highlight videos that coaches actually watch.
Education for athletes and parents so everyone understands the process.
Ongoing communication so families always know what happens next.
Academic and pathway support that fits each athlete's goals.
NCAA, JUCO, NAIA, U SPORTS, Europe, and other opportunities.
The results speak for themselves—ONC athletes are already committing to college programs across the U.S., and we help every athlete we work with build a clear plan to find the right fit.
InTouch Football is one of the largest football development organizations in the game—working with thousands of athletes every year through high-performance training, combines, ID camps, trials, and professional pathway opportunities across Europe and beyond.
TNS adds the collegiate pathway on top.
Beyond the InTouch European pathway, TNS helps InTouch athletes explore college and university recruiting in the U.S. and Canada. Through this partnership, athletes get discounted recruiting support so they can pursue their academic and athletic goals while their European options stay fully open.
This support is separate from the InTouch Football trial and development pathway. Athletes must choose to work with TNS directly, and each athlete is reviewed individually to make sure we can properly support their goals.
For the right athletes and families, TNS helps cover the collegiate recruiting side of the process, including profiles, outreach strategy, academic guidance, highlight video support, and pathway planning.
